Experienced web designer, using the latest UX/UI tools and concepts to create and redesign websites and apps that help users achieve their goals.

Employing user research, discovering pain points, illustrated with user journey, empathy, affinity maps to discover solutions that are implemented by the creation of wireframes, for user testing, all the way to front-end UI design and development. My background is advertising art direction and if anyone is good at solving problems, it’s ad people.

We all face the daunting task of navigating technology all day long...with varying levels of success or frustration. Steve Jobs created a 1-button TV remote because remotes have too many buttons! And he was right. My job is to cut through the clutter and create paths that are easy and intuitive for the user. The “customer always comes first” should apply to everything, not just restaurants.
